Terms & Conditions1. Orders & Payment
• Orders under £80 – no deposit, balance due 3 days before delivery.
• Orders £80–£399 – £20 non-refundable deposit required to secure your date, balance due 5 days before delivery.
• Orders £400+ – £40 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, plus a 25% instalment due 3 weeks before delivery, and the remaining balance due 7 days before delivery.
• Bookings are only confirmed once the initial deposit is received.2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Deposits and instalments are non-refundable.
• Orders under £400 – any final balance already paid will be refunded in full if cancelled before the balance due date (3–5 days before delivery).
• Orders £400+ – the final balance is refundable only if cancelled more than 7 days before delivery. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable and the full balance is payable.3. Dietary Requirements & Allergens
• Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking.
• All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens.
• While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee items are completely allergen-free.
• Customers are responsible for informing their guests of allergen risks.4.Delivery
• Free delivery within 6 miles of Northampton (fees may apply beyond this).
• We aim to deliver at the agreed time, though occasional delays may occur beyond our control.5. Presentation & Platter Hire
• Grazing tables may include returnable boards, props and risers.
• Collection will be arranged after your event.
• Fees apply for missing or damaged items.6. Photography & Marketing
• We may photograph your order for promotional use, but will never include faces or personal details without permission.
• If you prefer us not to use photos of your order, please let us know at booking.7. Product Disclaimer
